as I have been feeling like a *lucky-girl* One of them was for a spot at an
upcoming workshop I wanted to attend.

Kelly Moore is hosting a workshop for photographers and I WANT TO GO!
Unfortunately, I missed WPPI this year and have been bummed about it
ever since! I really love learning from & networking with other photographers
& sharing ideas. It is truly an inspirational experience!

Being pregnant is a moment for every Mama

is being formed between them.

She already has three gorgeous daughter's & they

say this will be a fourth....I still think it's a boy.....

Future Photographer...

My nephew, Brenton, called me a few weeks ago

& said that he had an art fair coming up at school

& wanted to do *Photography!* In addition, he

asked if I could help him with the project! I was

super-excited to share my passion with him :)

First, we decided to use my niece(his sister) as

our model. Next, I talked to him about the settings

and what they all mean. I showed him out to adjust

the camera to capture the look he was trying to achieve.

I then handed him my baby.....my Canon 5D MarkII...

And he did this......

(of course, these should all have his logo on them, not mine!)

work the camera & yelling *POW!*

I, of course, took advantage that they were

together and took some pics of them together...

Shabby Baby Picture Princess Contest!

One of the many perks to having a little girl, is dressing her!

Being a photographer, I am always looking for something new

to photograph her in. One of the sites I frequent is ShabbyBaby..

I am absolutely in LOVE with their clothing!

I was so excited when I learned that Shabby Baby is having a model

search & the winner will receive an entire Shabby Baby spring wardrobe!!

In addition, she will be used in their Summer 2009 photoshoot!!

To enter Kendall, I had to post three pics of her, list the dress I think

she would look the cutest in....I loved the Queen of Hearts!

Although Kendall is the youngest of four, she rules the house!

She loves all that glitters, loves dresses, purses, jewelry, shoes...

As soon as she could talk, she would compliment my wardrobe,

acessories, shoes....it's hilarious! She carries a purse and a princess

cell phone wherever she goes! She loves to have tea parties,

play babies, and go to dance class! She has all of us wrapped

around her finger and even has Daddy painting her nails &

toe-nails.....regularily! She is the sweetest & we are so blessed

to have her in our lives :)

Toothless Timmy...I mean Adison!

Adison has had a loose tooth for a while now...

and today, it was hanging by a thread....

So, I pulled it out! First he was mad....

Then I told him the tooth fairy would come & he got excited!

I mean really excited!

Did I mention he was excited??

I think he learned this move from watching

his cousin, Mariah do her cheer routine :)

On Sunday, "K" came by to celebrate his

1st birthday!!! He was really excited about

his cake and balloons.......

He loved the balloons!

But he really loved the cake!

family, or child's session with me, now is the time to

do so!! I get really booked up from March - December

& would hate to miss the opportunity to capture you or

your loved ones! In addition, if you set your date now,

it will allow you an opportunity to *plan* ahead!

The idea is that this will not be stressful & will

be fun for everyone, even MOM!

I have added some wonderful jewelry pieces to my

business and they would make wonderful Mother's Day

or Birthday gifts! They take 2-3 weeks to be delivered,

so make certain you take that into consideration!

I will be traveling back to the Atlanta area in April

again & will have limited sessions available during

our trip. Last year I met with some wonderful

families and would love to see them again & also

I realize I have been MIA and wanted to thank all of my

period for my buisness with the unpredictable Michigan

weather, so I have been working on Senior announcement

card designs & trying to get my tax paperwork together.
